The reason sits next to the movement. A new board inherits the record, not a memory.
Internal and external lists
Residents on one list, outsiders on another, with a rule for moving between them when somebody moves in. Their seniority can follow, reset, or be set to the day they moved in.
Free for most associations
Under twenty-five registrations costs nothing, for as long as you like. A parking list for a building of forty is not a business for us, and it should not be priced like one.
The part nobody else does
Every movement in the order is recorded with the reason for it. When somebody asks why they are number fourteen, the answer is already written down, and they can read it themselves.
