An estimate for a year, not an invoice: it changes every time somebody joins or leaves. The plan is billed yearly in advance; the per-registration rates are charged as each registration is created and again on its anniversary. Whether one counts as paying is decided by the list it is on, not by the person. You do not have to sign up to see any of this.

Everything an applicant sees is here, exactly as it is on the paid plans: their own position, why it moved, and the whole record of their case. We do not hold the queue to ransom.

We take no share of what you charge your applicants. Every cent of your fee is yours.
Nothing an applicant sees is behind a plan. Their position, their wait time, their payment history and their whole record are in every plan, including the free one.
If you stop paying you go back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted, no list is closed, nobody loses their seniority, and people can still sign up. You just cannot add a new list or run an import until you are back inside the free limits.
