Twelve questions. They are the ones that decide whether you can answer somebody who asks why they are number fourteen, and they take about three minutes. Nothing is stored and you do not need an account.

If somebody moved down the list, is it written down that they moved, and why?
A spreadsheet holds the current order and nothing else. The moment somebody asks why they moved, there is no answer, because the order was never a record of anything.
Not being sure counts as a no. If you cannot answer it, you cannot document it either, and that is exactly what a complaint is about.
