Only the open T-hangar list is taking applications; the enclosed T-hangar list is closed because of demand. A $50 application fee secures a place, then $25 is due every March 1 until a hangar is offered or you are removed. The airport FAQ says you may refuse one offer and drop to the bottom of the list without paying the $50 again, and a second refusal needs a new agreement to stay on; it estimates 2 to 3 years for an open hangar while the wait list page says 3+ years.
