List position is set by the date the application is received, and offers go out chronologically by certified letter. The applicant must reply within three business days of delivery. One pass-over is allowed and the second removes the applicant; a rejection because the hangar is too small for the aircraft is not a pass-over. Removed applicants may re-apply to the bottom of the list. Policy was approved by Sussex County Council on November 13, 2007.
