The fee is $50 for each size and type of list you join and $30 a year for each year you stay on. The marina publishes the current minimum wait-list periods for all slips in a PDF dated 10/12/2026, based on how long the first person on each list has waited, and says this is subject to change without notice. No liveaboard options are available, and further rules are in Rule 4.0 of the marina rules.
