Each hangar size has its own list, and priority follows the date and time the application is received. A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is also required. A decline, non-contact or no reply within 5 calendar days removes the applicant from that list; on request the applicant may instead move to the bottom. Policy text is dated 08/01/2017, and the airport's tenant page (updated 07/01/2025) still lists a $25 annual waiting list application fee.
