Waitlist applies to T-hangars at both New Century AirCenter and Johnson County Executive Airport. The non-refundable annual fee is due by December 31 each year or the name is removed on January 1; the amount is set in the Commission's rates schedule. A second pass moves the party to the bottom of the list, any non-response counts as a pass, and three failed contact attempts remove the party.
