Seven business days to answer an offer, made by phone and email. Fifty dollars to apply, non-refundable, plus a refundable $100 deposit that goes towards the first month. Fifty dollars again every year by 31 January, or you are removed and lose the deposit. Position is decided first by whether you are already a tenant in good standing, and only then by the date you applied. One pass-over is allowed; a second sends you to the bottom. Turning down a hangar that is too small for your aircraft, or that does not match the size you asked for, does not count as a pass-over. The policy is not consistent with itself: one section says seven business days to respond, another says ten, and the application form ties the annual fee to the anniversary of your application rather than 31 January.
