Each application needs a deposit equal to one month's rent for the space type, for example $296.57 for a small T-hangar and $430.54 for a large one on the 2026 form. The deposit is refundable only if you ask in writing to leave the list before an offer; refusing a space, or not being reachable within 15 days, forfeits it, but the applicant is not skipped or moved to the bottom. The airport posts a monthly wait list for each space type with a rank and application date, in date order.
