The fee is a non-refundable $50 and does not count towards moorage. There are three lists, for vessels under 20, 28 and 36 feet, and you do not need to own a boat to join. No response within five business days counts as a decline, and an accepted slip must hold a vessel within 30 days or you go to the bottom of the list.
