The list is first come, first served with annual renewal, for 46 slips in three categories, and recreational slips go to Eastham or Orleans taxpayers or year-round renters only. You can defer one offer by asking in writing within 14 days; when a slip is offered a second time you must accept with the paperwork and fee within 30 days or be removed and go to the bottom. The fee amount is not stated in the regulations (revised 6 February 2023).
