The waitlist fee is $100 a year, non-refundable and prorated by quarter ($75 from April, $50 from July, $25 from October), and an annual fee is due each January. No response removes you from the list; after a refusal you may choose to go to the bottom of the list as of the refusal date. The fee is charged only if no slip is immediately available.
