There are two lists, one for boats over 20 feet and one for boats under 20 feet, with a $30 fee to join and $30 a year to stay on, due by 1 November or you are removed. If you are offered a slip by 1 February, a first refusal keeps your place and a second drops you to the bottom; a refusal after 1 February keeps your place. The city tries by phone for two days, then emails and gives seven days to answer.
