Applicants are listed by date in chronological order, and the person at the top of the list has five business days to accept an offered T-hangar or shelter. The T-hangar list takes a fully refundable $204 deposit (none for shelters) and box hangars $365. If someone declines because they do not own an aircraft yet they stay on top as having passed; the second pass moves them to the bottom and further refusals remove them. The airport says it takes about 8 to 12 months to be offered a small T-hangar and a year or longer for a larger one, with no guarantee.
