Hangars and tie-downs are rented first-come, first-served by application date and time, in four lists (box hangars, T-hangars, executive hangars, tie-downs). The $100 list fee is non-refundable and is forfeited if you are removed. If you rent a space, the $100 administrative fee for starting a new lease is waived. You have 7 calendar days to answer an offer and may pass twice and keep your place; the third pass removes you and you must reapply, pay again and start at the bottom.
