Four lists by hangar size, and you may stand on all four at once. Priority is "determined by the date and time the application is received". The $100 deposit is refundable. Five working days to accept, not five calendar days. "An applicant will be permitted to remain at the top of the waiting list in the event of one refusal. In the event of two refusals, the applicant’s name will be removed from the list and their deposit refunded." You do not have to own an aircraft while you wait, only when you take the hangar. The airport manager may refuse a lease for listed causes, and the deposit comes back if that happens.
