Five separate hangar lists, and position is set by "the date and time that the Airport receives a completed application and full payment". A deposit is required but the policy does not say how much; the $35 is the fee due every 31 January to keep the position. The office tries three times over five business days to reach you, and you then have five business days to sign. Refusing does not remove you: it moves you to the bottom of that one list, and you keep your place on the others. "On the third unsuccessful attempt for placement, the individual will be removed from the list and their deposit forfeited." You must have an FAA-registered aircraft within 90 days of signing.
