The hangar wait list is chronological by application date, and the annual fee is due December 1 and must arrive by December 31 or the name is removed with no exceptions. The 2026 regulations prorate the fee by quarter at $100 (January to March), $75, $50 and $25 (October to December). Declining an offer, or not responding within 10 business days after first contact, makes the person inactive: they keep their place but are not contacted again until everyone else on the list has been contacted.
